Step1: Login to BottlePos Admin portal via Admin privilege user login 

Step 2:  Go to Settings > Staff & Admins 

Step 3: Click Add Button 

Step4 : Type a Username such as Minibar or generic and Enter create a random password 

Step5: DO NOT CHECK "ADMIN" box , then press Save

Step6: Click the Edit Icon (Pencil ) next to the username

Step7: Change the Admin Access to "Yes" and check the Stored Items "View" Permission then Click "Update"

Step8 : Share the URL of you store of your store, The username and password with the third party so they are able to query itemist from your BottlePos.
