Troubleshooting when Customer screen is not working
Cause : Items list when ringed in POS screen were not displayed in the customer screen .
Resolution :
- Right click on POS screen >> Click on display settings >> Check whether the multiple display is detected and showing 2 monitors and check if "extended displays " is selected . Below images for reference .
2.Login to POS and Navigate to Settings >> Make sure to check "Auto launch Customer screen " and "Show Price on Customer screen".
3.Either close all the tabs of customer screen and POS screen or click F5 and refresh both customer and POS screens.
4.Re-login to POS.
5.If the issue still persist Update the POS app for current version and relaunch app and customer screen with the above settings.
