Below are the steps to enable Loyalty Reward Points for all customers in POS.

1. In the Admin section > Click on Settings > General Settings.

2. Scroll down to Loyalty Settings. 

3. Click on the Check Box to Enable Loyalty Points 

            For example: Spend $1 and Get 1 Reward Point.

4. According to the above loyalty Program, when a customer spends $1.00 then they receive 1 point, we can set the reward points accordingly. 

5. To set up the Reward, please login to Admin Section  > Click on Customers > Click on Manage Reward

6. Under ‘Add Reward’. 

> Enter the amount you would like to offer in this reward.

> Offer type (Either % or $ Off)

>Points Needed - Specify on how many points they will receive the reward. 

7. In order to redeem the rewards, the customer must obtain points by purchasing products. 

8. On the items screen > Select the customer > Ring up the items. 
   

- After adding the reward, when the customer reaches his reward points to 1000 then the POS will prompt below option to redeem Reward points.

9. According to the above discount here the customer (Frank)  can get the $10.00 discount on the 1000 reward points.
