How to Process Card from phone via MxMerchant App?
You can use MxMerchant App from your phone to take credit cards. It is a great way to keep accepting credit cards in case of an outage with your main pin pads.
1. Download the MxMerchant App.
2. Open the App, Check "Keep Me Signed in" , Then Enter UserName & Password.
Note: Username is going to the email address of primary account holder. If you have forgot password then you can go to mxmerchant.com click sign in then forgot password. Additional Users can also be created from mxerchant.com portal
============= To Run the Card Transaction ===============
Step 1: Enter Amount of 0.10 and
press the "$>"
Step 2: At this point either you can enter the card manually or you can press the Camera Icon and scan the card to auto pull the Card number & Exp date
Step 3: Enter the CVV three digit from the back of the Card on Visa, MasterCard & Discover, on American Express the CVV is First Four digit in front:
Step 4: Address Verification is Optional , You can either just enter random 5 digit letters or actual address
Step 5: Same for Zipcode, it
is also optional, If you want you can ask customer for better security and
charge back protection:
Step 6: Verify The transaction
was "Approved" and Press Okay
Step 7: You can email or Text the receipt to the customer or Hit No Receipt to Run second transaction

Step 8. To turn off Unnecessary prompts, Press the Three bar Icon on left side top corner then Click on Settings
Step 9: Click on Signature then Turn off Digital Signature and set Signature to Never
Step 10: Click Back Settings then Click Advanced then Turn off Advance Data
