1. Login in as admin !
   
2. Click on Items .
   
3. Click on "Manage promotions" .
   
4. Click on "Add" to  set up new promotion. And you should get to this form. 
   

9. Add Promotion Name.
   
10. Select Promotion type. 
    
11. There are 5 types;   Note: If you don't see all five types, Hang tight it will soon get an update. If it is urgent you can call for support.
    
12. 1. X Qty For $Y - Select this to give a certain qty of item a fix price, e.g "3 Crown royal 750 for $80".
    
13. 2. $Y Off X Qty - Select this to give X dollar off a certain qty. The X dollar will be reduced from subtotal on Y quantity of items, e.g "$0.19 off 10 fireball shots or regular 1 at 1.19".
    
14. 3. %Y Off X Qty - Select this give % off on the x qty. The % will be reduced from subtotal on X quantity of items, e.g "Wine 1.5L Case - 5% Off".
    
15. 4. $Y to above X Qty - Select to give $ price on above x qty. The $ will be fixed above X quantity of per item, e.g "Taaka 50ml over 2 quantity is fixed for $0.50 each".
    
16. 5. Fixed item price list - Select to give new item price.  Select the customer you want to give it to. e.g " X restaurant buys a lot of Hennessy so you give a special price for that person". You can specify that here. Also, you can create a "Gift basket deal" if check the Combo option in Items. They have to buy 2-3 items in order to get that price. 
17. Click Save

During the transaction , select the item that needs was  promoted , and add the desired quantity. The price given in the bulk sale will reflect when you provide the same quantity in POS as given in promotion. Screen shot for reference.  In this case we made a bulk sale promotion.
