How to troubleshoot Label printer issue ?

Description :  Customers come with the problems that they are unable to printer label of the items. 

Cause : This might be due to ;

1. Unchecked Label printer and deselected printer in admin side
2.Job queue .
3.Due to wrong driver installation .

Resolution :

1. Unchecked Label printer and deselected printer in admin side.

Verify by logging in as admin >> Printer settings >> check Label Printing Enabled >> Select the template >> select the printer .

2.Job queue .

Go to printer and scanners in system settings >> select the label printer and check the job queue >> clear the queue if there are any.

3.Due to wrong driver installation .

There are 2 types of Label drivers a) DYMO connect b) DYMO label writer .  For Dymo Label printer you need the "DYMO label Writer"

Make sure that the printer connected and the driver installed are same .

If not same uninstall the wrong driver and install the right one .

For ex : If a store is installed with DYMO Connect and connected to Label Writer DYMO , uninstall dymo connect and install label writer Driver .
