Logo Not showing on the Verifone Credit Card Terminal
Problem: On Verification MX915 the logo is not showing up on the credit card machines (using Tripos).
Resolutions
1) Open up the Tripos.config file under C:\Program Files\Vantiv\Tripos.config in Notepad as Administrator
2) Ensure <image> under <idleScreen> is set to the correct path to the image of the logo.
3) Restart the tripos service under services
Note: Logo is only supported on Verifone MX915 using Tripos Service and not on PAX machines .
