Troubleshooting Guide BottlePos Application or PinPad
- Pax pin pad not responding when "card" button clicked on POS.
1. Close the pos software and open back. If this doesn't work follow 2nd step.
2. Restart Pax Pin Pad: Remove power cord and plug it back.
- If there is any issues with the POS system restart the PC/POS
1) Do a restart on the computer. "Start"--> "power" --> "Restart". If in any case the touch screen is not responding or the screen turned blank follow 2nd step.
2) Press and hold the power button on the PC/POS till it turns off. (approximately for 5-10 seconds)
