How to create purchase order (PO) in Bottlepos ?

How to create purchase order (PO) in Bottlepos ?

Please follow below steps to create PO in BottlePos ;

Step 1 :

            Login as admin user in back office >> click on "Items" >> click on "order" >> click on "create order" .




Step 2 :
  1.  Items can be selected either by selecting the supplier and by selecting the individual items.           
To select Items by selecting supplier .
  1. Click and select supplier and click on "Generate order" , all the items of the supplier will be added to the list.
  2. Either we can keep the items on list or delete the one which are not needed in the list by clicking "x" button .
  3. The items when selected from an individual supplier are listed by the reorder points and quantity on hand  accordingly.
                                 


To select Items by selecting individual items..

Also select individual items by searching in product >> select  the item that you need to add >> make necessary changes and save . This adds up the individual items to list.
                 



  1. Save the items which creates order.
